Depending on your arrival time, you can take a quick tour of Patan in the evening and experience Newari food for the first time at a welcome meal at a typical Nepali restaurant.

In this lovely city of Patan, whose name in the Newari language is Yala, were born the most well-known Newari painters and skilled craftsmen. Numerous heritage

monuments, handicraft hubs, monasteries, Hindu temples, and Buddhist shrines are located in the city and showcase the history, culture, and religious practices of the Newars.

Your knowledgeable local tour guide will show you around Patan today. You will go to the KumariChhen, home of the Living Goddess of Patan, the Patan Museum, the Golden Temple (RudravarnaMahabihar), the Mahaboudha Temple, and the Patan Durbar Square. Discover the many centuries of history that Patan has to offer.

You will be driven to the twin villages of Bungamati and Khokana, which are close to Patan, after breakfast.

RatoMacchhindranth, the rain deity, is worshipped in Bungamati, which looks out over the Bagmati River. When the god RatoMachhindranath was brought to Bungamati, it is said that Kathmandu was blessed with rain during the worst drought in its history. Khokana is well known for its old-fashioned oil mills. The Newari people depend on mustard oil for both ritual and gastronomic uses, making the mustard oil industry an example of living heritage. Examine the local way of life while visiting the temples and historic sites in Bungamati and Khokana.

In the afternoon, visit the house of a Newari family, where you will learn how to cook a traditional Newari meal. Your home chef will introduce the various ingredients, recipes, and processes required to cook the best Newari food. Enjoy eating your creations afterward.

You will travel to the lovely city of Bhaktapur by private car after breakfast. Bhaktapur, also known as Bhadgaon and Khwopa, is a former royal city with numerous remarkable examples of architecture. During the mighty Malla Kingdom, it served as Nepal’s capital and was the largest of the three Newar kingdoms in the Kathmandu Valley. Bhaktapur is well known for its arts and crafts.

Your tour guide will show you the sights of this lovely city, including the five-story Nyatapola Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Museum, and Potters’ Square. Get a taste of the royal curd, also known as “Juju Dhau,” a popular yogurt from Bhaktapur.

A local authority will spend some time with you in the evening to discuss Newari culture, the arts, festivals, and other topics. There will be an opportunity for questions.

You will be driven to another city, Kathmandu, after breakfast. Around Kathmandu Durbar Square, the city’s historic district, there is a lovely and interesting mixture of buildings. It displays the talents of Newari artisans and artists throughout many generations. Additionally, it was from there that the Malla and Shah rulers dominated the city from their opulent palaces that featured secret courtyards and shrines. This morning, take a tour of the Kathmandu Durbar Square.

You will be driven to another city, Kathmandu, after breakfast. Around Kathmandu Durbar Square, the city’s historic district, there is a lovely and interesting mixture of buildings. It displays the talents of Newari artisans and artists throughout many generations. Additionally, it was from there that the Malla and Shah rulers dominated the city from their opulent palaces that featured secret courtyards and shrines. This morning, take a tour of the Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Today, take some time to unwind or go exploring on your own. You could like to go souvenir shopping or check out some of Kathmandu’s other attractions. You could select one of the following extracurricular pursuits:
