Full Day Sightseeing Tour in Delhi

After breakfast, we will begin a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi. The day’s visits include Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, and a drive past Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Collectively, these monuments provide a very interesting introduction to the Indian history and architecture.

You will have an opportunity to enjoy the vibrant life of the city later, visiting local markets and traditional neighbourhoods. The tour ends by returning to your hotel where you stay overnight.

Drive from Delhi to Agra

This morning we will depart Delhi and we will use Yamuna Expressway to reach Agra, which is a city that is closely identified with the Mughal Empire. The relaxed journey passes through changing scenery before reaching one of India’s most important historical cities.

After checking into your hotel, we will visit the great Agra Fort which is a UNESCO world heritage site built with red sandstone. You will explore its royal palaces, courtyards, and beautifully preserved buildings while learning about the history of the Mughal rulers. The evening is free to relax or visit the local markets.

Sunrise Visit to the Taj Mahal and Drive from Agra to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri

An early start rewards you with a memorable sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. You will be able to enjoy the monument since the morning light will reflect on its white marble surface before going back to the hotel to have breakfast.

Later on we will move to Jaipur where we will visit Fatehpur Sikri, which was the capital of the Mughal Empire. After exploring its palaces, courtyards, and impressive gateways, we will resume our drive to Jaipur, arriving in the evening for an overnight stay.

Full Day Sightseeing Tour of Jaipur

Today’s sightseeing introduces you to the royal heritage of Jaipur. We will visit Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and the beautiful Hawa Mahal, which represent the architectural style and heritage of the past rulers in Rajasthan.

In the afternoon hours, you may explore the colorful bazaars of Jaipur with its traditional textiles, handicrafts, jewels, and local arts. At night, we will be back to your hotel after spending a good day sightseeing.

Drive from Jaipur to Delhi

After breakfast, we will begin the drive back to Delhi, bringing your journey through Rajasthan to a close. The route passes through cities, towns, villages, and countryside before reaching the Indian capital. We will take short breaks along the way to have refreshments and stretch your legs.

Upon arriving in Delhi, you will check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can either rest, take a last stroll around the city, or do your last minute shopping before your return flight to Nepal.
